4. Pricing and Payments

  • Taxes, title fees, registration fees, delivery fees, and other government charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.

  • Full payment must be received before ownership transfer or product release.

5. Deposits

If a deposit is accepted to hold a vehicle or item:

  • Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Failure to complete the purchase within the agreed timeframe may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

6. Financing

Any financing offered or arranged through third-party lenders is subject to lender approval.

Willz Wheelz Dealz & More LLC does not guarantee financing approval and is not responsible for lender decisions, terms, or conditions.

7. Vehicle Information

While we strive to provide accurate descriptions:

  • Vehicle specifications, mileage, condition reports, and features may contain errors.

  • Buyers are encouraged to independently verify all information before purchase.

  • We are not responsible for typographical errors, listing inaccuracies, or omissions.

8. Returns and Refunds

  • All sales are final.

  • No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted after delivery or transfer of ownership.
